With 40 years’ experience in estate agency, Craig brings a wealth of know-how to the company and has instilled his ethos of customer service into all the team at McRae’s.
Craig knows well that local knowledge is essential and the ability to react quickly to individual circumstances, demands and the fluctuations of the marketplace are key elements of successful transactions. The small, agile and experienced team at McRae’s make that possible.
Helping to pioneer a revolutionary industry Reviews system has been an important recent development in how Craig and McRae’s approach the business. The scheme, which has brought Trust back to property dealings, has been recognised and praised by the prestigious Parliamentary Review.
Craig is also a master of Presentation and Negotiation. He and his team know how best to display a property on offer – and are skilled at negotiating the best deal for their clients.
